No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription plans, one-time purchases, or services rendered through this platform.

1. Nature of Service

The Racing Mail provides digital racing analysis tools, data, and information services. Due to the nature of our digital products and services:

  • Services are delivered immediately upon purchase or subscription activation
  • Analysis data and racing information cannot be "returned" once accessed
  • Custom formulas and analysis results are generated in real-time for your use
  • Historical data and analysis cannot be revoked once viewed

2. Subscription Plans

When you subscribe to any of our paid plans (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise):

  • Billing: You will be billed immediately upon subscription
  • Recurring Charges: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly)
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No Refunds on Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period

3. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe, which supports:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. Free Trial Period (If Applicable)

If we offer a free trial period:

  • You must provide payment information to start the trial
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the first billing period
  • Once charged, our no-refund policy applies

5. Billing Errors & Disputes

In the rare case of a billing error or technical issue:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge
  • Technical Errors: If a technical error results in an incorrect charge amount, we will correct the charge
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, contact us immediately

To dispute a charge, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge date.

6. Service Interruptions

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Temporary service outages or maintenance
  • Issues caused by your internet connection or device
  • Third-party data provider interruptions (e.g., racing data sources)
  • Force majeure events beyond our control

In case of extended service disruptions (more than 48 consecutive hours), we may, at our sole discretion, offer service credit or subscription extension.

7. Account Termination

If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service:

  • No refunds will be provided for the current billing period
  • You will lose access to all premium features immediately
  • Any unused subscription time is forfeited

8. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

By subscribing to any of our paid services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this no-refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable except in cases of billing errors as outlined above.
