Your Privacy Matters

We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information You Provide

  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers)
  • Profile Data: Subscription tier, preferred analysis system, custom formulas
  • Communications: Support requests, feedback, correspondence

Automatically Collected Information

Behavioural Research Metrics (Aggregated & Anonymized)

As part of our harm minimisation research mission, we collect anonymized behavioural metrics to understand platform usage patterns. All data is aggregated and de-identified at the earliest possible stage.

What we collect (anonymized):

  • Session frequency and duration
  • Navigation patterns (pre-race vs post-race analysis usage)
  • Time of day / day of week engagement
  • Feature engagement (educational content, tools, reports)
  • Abstention patterns (sessions with no action taken)
  • Support resource engagement (GambleAware clicks, self-exclusion views)
  • State/region (jurisdiction-level only, no precise location)

What we NEVER collect:

  • Personal financial data (bank details, earnings, credit scores)
  • Precise location data (GPS, exact postcode)
  • Unique government identifiers
  • Individual betting outcomes or loss trajectories
  • Data that could identify problem gambling at individual level

If high-risk behavioural patterns are detected at cohort level, we trigger supportive interventions (encouraging breaks, linking to support services) — not punitive action.

  • What Stripe Stores: Full payment details, billing address, transaction history
